Scott is a key member of Vista’s process engineering team. Scott has a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering – both from the University of Alberta.
His experience spans a wide variety of projects, including major SAGD facilities, THAI, pads and pipelines, cold production, CSS and gas processing facilities.
Scott’s academic thesis and subsequent research have focused on the effects of energy dissipation on bitumen in water systems. Scott presented his research at the 55th Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference (2005) and has co-authored and presented at the 2008 International Water Conference.
Scott is a member of APEGA.
