Peter Fahrni is a project manager at Vista Projects, where he has worked since 2021. He has spent more than 20 years in oil and gas, including more than a decade on the owner side at Cenovus Energy, Inter Pipeline and Penn West Petroleum, along with EPC contractor experience.
Peter has executed SAGD central processing facilities and gas plants from FEED through detailed engineering and construction support. His other work includes petrochemical plants and gas compression, as well as brownfield debottlenecks and greenfield well pads. He has a particular focus on fabrication and module assembly, and on materials management.
He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2005 with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
