Ivan Dermanovic joined Vista’s Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) team in 2022 and is engaged in engineering and leadership roles for both conventional oil and gas facility projects and alternative energy projects. Ivan is responsible for managing Vista’s I&C discipline-related corporate specifications, standards, and quality requirements. Most recently, he has been appointed as the acting I&C Department Manager and is responsible for management and coordination of the I&C team and staff recruitment.
Ivan graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, he completed his diploma in the Industrial Electronics program at Calgary’s Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
