Melissa Stockley
Procurement Lead
Melissa Stockley joined Vista in 2011 as a part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. During Melissa’s tenure, she has had the opportunity to work in several roles supporting our integrated engineering services, including as:
- a Lead Buyer on major projects
- a Project Coordinator in Project Management
- the Health, Safety and Environment Lead
- the Procurement Lead at Vista
In Melissa’s current role as the Procurement Lead, she oversees all project procurement at Vista across several engineering markets. Melissa’s 18 years of experience and diverse background lends to a unique perspective in SCM execution, in which she challenges traditional roadblocks and makes key contributions to Vista’s Project Services Group.

Prior to joining Vista, Melissa worked in Supply Chain in the oil and gas industry on the manufacturing side, both for a contract manufacturing (CM) company and an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and in the rail industry. Melissa received her PMAC certificate in 2000.
