Jo-Anna Phongsa joined Vista in 2013 as a Facilities Coordinator, maintaining Vista’s building operations and events. Since joining Vista, Jo-Anna has grown within the Operations Team and taken on multiple roles. Now, as Vista’s Corporate Coordinator, Jo-Anna oversees the execution of Vista’s HR and recruitment, facilities operation, and HSE coordination, including maintaining Vista’s COR status.
