Jiggs Bascon is Civil/Structural Engineer Department Manager at Vista. He earned his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila Philippines in 1980. In 1988, he completed Construction Project Management studies at Ateneo de Manila University, Manila, Philippines.
Jiggs brings three decades of integrated engineering services experience in both technical and management roles in civil and structural engineering, project management, and construction. Much of his experience is in the civil structural field dealing with petrochemical projects, including over a decade on oil sands projects.
